GU, Hammer Gel, Perpetuem, Clif Bars, PowerBars, etc., we've all downed more than our share. But there is a whole world of food out there beyond those "designer" foods. What sorts of real foods are your grubbing on at races? PB&J, fruit, candy bars, gummy bears, or as my friend Brad eats- whole turkey legs in his jersey pocket "Dio" style.
